About the role
The ESG & Sustainability Consultant (EMEA) supports the development, coordination, and delivery of ESG and sustainability services across the EMEA region for Asset Services.
The role works closely with the EMEA ESG Lead and collaborates with local country teams across multiple geographies to ensure consistency, quality, and continuous improvement of ESG solutions for international clients, contributing to the alignment of methodologies, processes, tools, and service delivery approaches. The Consultant supports the establishment of consistent ESG foundations while remaining closely connected to country‑level operational realities and maturity levels.
This position combines technical ESG expertise with strong coordination, communication, and delivery skills, contributing to regional initiatives while remaining closely connected to the operational realities and priorities of individual countries, through the Community of Practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and consolidation of ESG services at EMEA level, including methodologies, tools, templates, and reporting frameworks
- Contribute to the coordination and alignment of ESG approaches across countries, supporting consistency while respecting local specificities
- Support multi‑country ESG initiatives and programmes, contributing to planning, alignment of deliverables, and coordination under the guidance of the EMEA ESG Lead
- Contribute to quality assurance activities, supporting consistency of outputs and adherence to agreed ESG standards and frameworks
- Support knowledge‑sharing and capability building through ESG Communities of Practice and regional initiatives
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of ESG services, incorporating feedback from internal teams and, where relevant, international clients
- Support ESG service implementation and operational delivery
Profile and Skills
- Background in ESG, sustainability, real estate, asset management, or related fields
- Technical studies in architecture or engineering
- High level of English, native Portuguese, and Spanish considered a plus
- Experience working in multi‑country or regional (EMEA) environments
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across countries and cultures
- Ability to translate ESG frameworks into practical tools, processes, and services
- Comfortable working with data‑driven ESG tools and platforms
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cultures and geographies
- Proactive, structured, and delivery‑oriented mindset, with attention to quality, consistency, and gradual improvement
