Job Summary
This role is focused on Investment Risk Monitoring, Technical Due Diligence, and Lender’s Engineering within the Indian real estate sector. The candidate will support technical evaluation and monitoring of real estate projects from a risk, compliance, cost, and progress perspective.
The key responsibilities include:

Conducting technical due diligence and lender’s engineering assignments
-
Carrying out physical site visits to gather primary information and monitor project progress
-
Reviewing project timelines, budgets, and costs, and highlighting variances between planned and actual progress
-
Evaluating project risk parameters and preparing structured reports
-
Reviewing approvals, statutory compliances, and construction documentation
-
Preparing and assessing detailed project cost estimates, schedules, BOQs/BBS, etc.
-
Coordinating with internal teams and external consultants during assignments
-
Ensuring quality of deliverables and adherence to defined processes
-
Supporting account management during the assignment lifecycle
-
Demonstrating awareness of environmental, safety, and quality standards at construction sites
Qualifications & Experience
-
BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
-
0–2 years of experience
-
Freshers from reputed/premium engineering colleges preferred
-
Alternatively, 1 year of site experience with a developer or consultant will be an advantage
-
Experience or exposure to the Indian real estate sector preferred
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Good communication and interpersonal abilities

Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Project management and organizational skills

Team player with effective coordination skills

Proficiency in MS Office (basic to advanced)

Working knowledge of MSP / Primavera

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD

Ability to comprehend and interpret complex technical and business documents

Ability to handle sensitive matters professionally
