Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support with the deployment of a CLM (LEAH) to our largest lines of business across the US.
The Solution Architect will report to the Legal and Procurement Systems organisation, part of the wider Enterprise Technology division. This is a one year FTC with the expectation to become a permanent hire once embedded.
System Support and Configuration:
- Own and maintain a deep understanding of the CLM solution architecture, including modules, integrations, and dependencies, to support deployment and technical decision-making.
- Utilize prior Sales Force (or equivalent) experience to ensure all build planning takes into account any downstream/upstream impacts to the CLM + CRM system(s)
- Take a consultative approach during project design, developing a detailed understanding of the business use case, existing processes, and data. Work with stakeholders to finalize technical requirements.
- Partner effectively with the implementation partner and solution architects across various technology stacks to ensure a holistic build is reflected.
- Develop/ review architectural documentation support business requirements. Collaborate with multiple teams to mitigate issues affecting systems or business areas
- Perform smoke testing before releasing solutions to the business, optimizing the build and eliminating bugs where possible.
- Support UAT by providing test cases for technical builds, including positive and regression testing.
- Provide actionable recommendations and communicate the impact of technical changes on business processes to stakeholders
Skills & Competencies:
Technical:
- 4+ years’ experience as a CLM Solution Architect, in an implementation capacity
- Experience managing integrations across CLM/CRM/Invoicing technologies
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Working knowledge of PowerBI or other reporting tools
Soft Skills:
- Results-oriented with strong independence, collaboration, agility, and adaptability.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on timely, thoughtful problem resolution.
- Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable dealing with employees at all levels.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business users.
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritisation skills.
Qualifications / Experience / Education:
- 4+ years’ experience as a CLM Solution Architect, in an implementation capacity (must-have)
