Job Description

  • Deliver reactive and planned carpentry maintenance across university buildings (doors, hardware, joinery, wall linings, fixtures, etc.).
  • Complete minor project works such as small refurbishments, partitions, cabinetry, and interior upgrades.
  • Diagnose building fabric issues and carry out quality repairs using correct materials and methods.
  • Work safely within live campus environments, following all H&S procedures and permits to work.
  • Maintain accurate job records in the work management system and communicate job status clearly.
  • Support overall campus presentation and asset longevity through effective maintenance practices.
