Job Description Summary

Responsible for the management of a property (or group of properties) for a client and fulfilling the manager’s obligations under the terms of the property’s management agreement.

What you will be doing:

• The management of facilities management services for the Site assigned.
• Lead and supervise a team of contractors to ensure that the Site is maintained so as to meet the service standard.
• Oversee the security and fire safety of the Site.
• Respond to emergencies and lead the team to attend to the situation.

You are:

• Minimally Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or any other relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 year of facilities management experience in facilities services
• Must be Fire Safety Management Certification
