Job Description Summary Job Description About the Role:
Annual Shutdown & Preventive Maintenance:

Plan and execute electrical shutdowns with minimal disruption

Perform scheduled maintenance and ensure system reliability
Lighting & Lightning Systems:
-
Inspect, maintain, and upgrade lighting and lightning protection systems
-
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Project Management
-
Lead electrical projects from planning to completion
-
Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication
Troubleshooting & Technical Support:
-
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and system issues
-
Provide technical guidance to team members and clients
-
Training the staff and certifying them to do the basic electrical works onsite.
Vendor & Team Supervision:
-
Oversee contractors and ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery
-
Mentor junior staff and coordinate team activities
Client Engagement & Presentation:
-
Communicate effectively with clients to understand needs and present solutions
-
Prepare and deliver technical and presentations
About You:
-
Min Grade 7 Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) certification (EMA-recognized)
-
Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
-
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
