Workplace Concierge

Job Description Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Workplace Concierge to deliver an exceptional workplace experience for employees, visitors, and the broader community. This is a client-facing role where every interaction matters your ability to anticipate needs, provide seamless service, and create a welcoming environment will be key to success.

This part-time position is based onsite 3 days per week (Monday–Wednesday) with our client in Sydney’s CBD.

Job Description Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to employees, guests, and VIP visitors

  • Manage visitor access, security passes, and sign-in processes

  • Coordinate VIP arrivals and ensure a seamless experience

  • Coordinate courier deliveries and distribution via onsite storage area

  • Coordinate meeting rooms and event bookings, including setup and reset

  • Conduct regular floor checks to maintain workplace standards

  • Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with workplace procedures

About You

  • Background in reception, hospitality, or customer service

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask

  • Professional presentation and a proactive mindset

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a common-sense approach

  • Ability to build rapport and deliver outstanding customer experiences

Qualifications

  • Minimum Higher School Certificate (HSC)

  • Certificate III in Hospitality (preferred)
