Project Administrator

Job Description Summary

We are looking for a dynamic individual to play a crucial role in supporting the team with project administration, managing office needs, assisting the team for invoice generation and submission into workday portal and financial control for our diverse range of projects.

Job Description Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Office Activities: Ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

  • Support Bookkeeping and Budgeting: Assist with financial procedures.

  • Maintain Records: Create and update databases for personnel and financial information.

  • Manage Supplies: Track and replace office supplies as needed.

  • Assist Colleagues: Provide support whenever necessary.

  • Provide administrative support to all projects, including raise invoices within Workday on need basis

  • Updating post weekly meetings on the MBR tracker for accurate month end reporting to the management

  • Manage the PDS Revenue trackers with the projects teams and finance.

Requirements:

  • Diploma and above in Business or related fields

  • 2 years of working experience required in a similar Project Admin capacity

  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Possess strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
