Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for managing project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities to ensure timely and efficient execution of construction projects. The role involves preparing schedules, monitoring progress, and coordinating with stakeholders to meet project objectives.

Job Description About the Role:

  • Develop and manage macro and micro-level project schedules including master program, tender schedule, and activity-wise planning.
  • Monitor construction progress against baseline schedules and coordinate with contractors to ensure timely execution.
  • Lead design coordination, documentation, and review of drawings, submittals, and contract documents.
  • Analyze manpower and material requirements, identify potential delays, and propose mitigation strategies in advance.
  • Prepare project reports, MOMs, presentations, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Track long-lead materials and equipment schedules to avoid project delays.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely circulation of MOMs.

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction planning, execution, or coordination roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera and strong command over MS Office (especially PowerPoint).
  • Good understanding of construction processes including civil, architectural, and MEP works.
  • Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
