About the Role:

  • Provide technical support (M&E, Soft FM and Building defects) at the client site. Manage of contractors/vendors on execution of contract service; issuance of Work Permit System (Permit to Work, LOTO, Work-in-Height, and Confine space)
  • Planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance activities and supervising the contractor for all work activities.
  • Attending to the breakdown of the system and supervising the contractor in the repair activities.
  • Attending site meeting and conduct site surveys and checks on maintenance works with the client.
  • Report to BM/ABM on all matters pertaining to technical, defect and breakdown of equipment in the building. Investigate and analyze defects and breakdown of equipment and make the necessary recommendation to the client.
  • Assist to compile weekly and monthly reports for BM/ABM and clients.
  • Assist to compile and approve the progressive claim for in-house contractors.
  • Provide technical presentation and training to internal customers whenever needed.
  • Keeping an inventory of spare parts for the building.
  • To assist in other works as assigned by the BM/ABM/clients.

About You:

  • Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical /Building/ Facilities Management from a recognized polytechnic with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience preferably in commercial or industrial real estate with facility management experience required
  • Experience in maintenance, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management preferred
  • CMMS/Work Order Management experience is preferred
