Job Description Summary
This role forms a critical part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services platform. The Transaction Manager – Ops Hub is accountable for delivering disciplined, high‑quality real estate outcomes across the GLOBAL footprint, operating within a complex, regulated and stakeholder‑intensive environment. The role requires senior judgement, commercial credibility and the ability to translate strategy into controlled execution at scale.

About the Role:
- Lead delivery within defined scope, ensuring alignment to portfolio priorities and governance requirements.
- Maintain strong control of risk, approvals, data integrity and reporting.
- Integrate effectively with adjacent functions including estates, transactions, strategy and finance.
- Exercise sound judgement on complex, high‑impact matters and escalate appropriately.
- Operate within clearly defined governance frameworks, approval authorities and audit expectations.
- Build effective working relationships with client leadership, internal service lines and external advisers to ensure clarity, alignment and confidence in delivery.
About You:
- Significant experience within commercial real estate, portfolio management or advisory environments.
- Proven ability to operate within structured governance models, manage complexity and deliver outcomes across matrixed organisations.
- Strong communication, analytical capability and professional judgement are essential.
