SUMMARY:

Experienced Talent Acquisition Senior Advisor with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and strategic hiring across diverse industries. Skilled in sourcing top talent, improving hiring processes, and aligning recruitment strategies with business goals to support organizational growth.

Job Description:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and university career centers.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for entry-level roles.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' fit for specific positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in the preparation of interview materials and logistics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist in the development and execution of
  • recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support other talent acquisition initiatives and projects as assigned.
