We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Center Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of a dynamic retail asset. This role combines operational oversight, tenant coordination, financial control, and project management, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience and long-term asset value.

Provide day-to-day operational support with a focus on efficiency and long-term asset performance

Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance overall center value
Customer Experience

Drive initiatives to improve the customer journey

Ensure successful outcomes in qualitative audits and mystery shopping programs
Financial Risk Management
-
Oversee tenant financial obligations, including bank guarantees and security deposits

Coordinate debt recovery processes and monitor outstanding balances
Tenant Relations
-
Support tenant onboarding and maintain strong relationships with tenants
-
Handle tenant inquiries and ensure compliance with operational standards
Project & Operations Management

Coordinate maintenance, repair, and improvement projects

Ensure alignment with internal standards and “Welcome Attitude” principles
ESG & Sustainability
- Collaborate with sustainability-focused partners and support ESG and CSR initiatives
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIESAsset Administration & Financial Control

Monitor and manage tenant bank guarantees and deposits
-
Coordinate debt collection activities and prepare aging reports

Analyze footfall and tenant turnover (daily, weekly, monthly)
-
Ensure audit readiness and summarize audit outcomes
-
Maintain accurate tenant data in internal systems
Tenant Liaison & Standards

Coordinate onboarding of new tenants, including documentation and welcome materials

Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with center standards

Manage tenant communication and requests via internal platforms
-
Develop and coordinate mystery shopping programs
-
Projects & ESG Initiatives
-
Coordinate internal projects (e.g., digitalization, customer services)

Support marketing-related operational projects, including seasonal decorations
-
Maintain and improve navigation tools within the center
-
Build partnerships to support sustainability initiatives
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Effective management of financial securities and debt recovery

Timely and high-quality project delivery within budget

Strong audit performance and mystery shopping results

Efficient management of operational budget

Achievement of ESG and CSR targets
REQUIREMENTS
-
Previous experience in operations, retail, property management, or a similar environment
-
Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
-
Good understanding of financial processes (invoicing, deposits, or debt collection)
-
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
-
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven approach
-
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
-
Fluency in Slovak and English
-
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus
