Job Description Summary

We are looking for a dynamic client leader to oversee one of our key strategic client accounts in APAC. Acting as the primary relationship owner, you will work closely with senior client stakeholders to understand their business priorities and deliver integrated solutions that drive long-term value. You will lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality outcomes across multiple engagements, while identifying opportunities to grow and strengthen the partnership. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a flagship account and play a central role in shaping a long-term client relationship.

Job Description

About the role:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact.

  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' business goals, challenges, and needs to ensure tailored solutions and strategic recommendations.

  • Serve as an advocate for the client within the organization, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.

Strategic Account Planning:

  • Lead the creation and execution of strategic account plans, aligning client objectives with the company's services and solutions.

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop plans to grow client relationships and revenue.

  • Work closely with clients to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding service offerings.

Client Retention & Satisfaction:

  • Ensure clients’ needs are being met on time and with high-quality deliverables, fostering long-term loyalty.

  • Manage and resolve any client issues or escalations promptly, ensuring overall satisfaction and retention. Conduct regular client reviews, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with their evolving goals.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of client account managers, ensuring they are equipped to meet client expectations and perform at a high level.

  • Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities for team members.

  • Foster a collaborative, customer-focused team culture.

Project Oversight & Execution:

  • Oversee the delivery of client projects, ensuring that they are executed on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Work with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations, marketing) to ensure resources are aligned and projects are well-executed.

  • Monitor the progress of ongoing projects and proactively manage any risks or challenges.

Financial Management

  • Manage the financial aspects of client accounts, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking revenue and profitability.

  • Ensure that clients are billed appropriately and in accordance with agreements.

  • Monitor account performance, identify trends, and ensure the profitability and sustainability of client relationships.

Market & Industry Expertise:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision- making and client recommendations.

  • Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to clients, positioning the organization as a trusted advisor.

Business Development & Growth:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's footprint within key client accounts.

  • Develop proposals, pitches, and presentations to win new business or expand existing engagements.
