업무 분야

건축: 다양한 발주처(지주, 임대인, 투자자, 운용사 등)에서 진행하는 각종 건축관련 업무(대수선, 인허가, 리모델링, 신축 등) 대한 프로젝트 관리(PM)
-
인테리어: 다양한 발주처(임대인, 임차인)가 진행하는 프로젝트 관리(사무실, retail, 등)
주요 업무 내용
-
발주처와 협의된 프로젝트 범위, 일정, 예산 내에서 프로젝트에 대한 관리 업무를 진행
-
발주처 및 프로젝트 관련 협력사들과의 업무 코디네이션(건축사사무소, 인테리어 회사, IT, AV, Security 등)
-
프로젝트를 담당(lead)하여 적극적으로 이끌어 나갈 수 있으신 분
-
프로젝트 관련 각종 회의 주관 및 참석
-
프로젝트 관련 단계별 설계(CD, SD, DD, CD) 및 공사 관리
-
프로젝트 관련 입찰 / 계약 / 예산 / 비용 관리
-
프로젝트 진행과 관련한 임대인 / 임차인 사이 코디네이션
-
프로젝트 리스크 관리
About you자격 요건:
-
10년 이상의 건축, 인테리어, 건설 관련 프로젝트 관리 또는 유사 경험 소유자.
-
3 ~5 년 이상의 프로젝트 관리(Project Management) 업무 유경험자 우대
-
건축 용도: 건축대수선 / 업무시설 / 복합시설 / 산업시설 / 물류시설 / 데이터센터 등 유 경험자 우대
-
리더십, 책임감, 대응력을 가지고 프로젝트를 적극적으로 담당할 수 있는 분.
-
뛰어난 자료 분석 기술 및 대인 관계 기술 소유자.
-
해당 업무를 수행할 수 있는 기술적인 지식, 프로세스에 대한 이해도가 있으신 분.
-
서면 및 구두 커뮤니케이션 능력이 뛰어나신 분.
-
필요에 따라 근무 시간, 장소 및 이동에 대한 유연성을 가지신 분.
-
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project 및 Outlook)에 능숙한 분.
-
Fluent in English documentation & Communication**(외국계 발주처와의 프로젝트 진행에 있어어려움이 없으신 분) 우대**

Fast pace 한 업무환경에서 적극적 / 독립적으로 업무할 수 있는 분.

책임감, 대응력을 가지고 적극적으로 project를 진행할 수 있는 분.

건축기사, 건설기술인(중 급 이상), LEED AP, PMP, 등 유사 자격증 소유자 우대

QS(견적 및 비용 검토) 유경험자 우대
