Shift Engineer
This role is responsible for ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operation of all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services in the commercial complex. The Shift Engineer coordinates with contractors, vendors, and the building maintenance team to resolve issues, perform preventive maintenance, and maintain compliance with safety and statutory norms
About the Role:
Monitor, operate, and maintain all building services systems including HVAC, DG sets, Electrical panels, STP, WTP, Fire-fighting systems, and plumbing network.

Respond to breakdowns, troubleshoot faults, and ensure timely rectification to minimize downtime.

Maintain daily logbooks, checklists, and incident reports for shift operations.

Coordinate with external vendors/contractors for scheduled maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with DPCC, Fire Department, and other statutory requirements related to building services.
About You:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 3–5 years of experience in facility management or building maintenance.

Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, electrical panels, pumps, fire systems, and BMS operations.

Ability to lead a team of technicians and manage shift operations independently.

Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
