Required to carry out cleaning audit at least twice weekly at each School.
Has the sole discretion to change the number of audits carried out, especially if there is adverse feedback on
the cleanliness at the School.
Ensure guidelines and standards of the audit carried out are in accordance to the performance standards of
services found in the maintenance term contract of the cleaning services.
In the event that the assessment of the audit failed to achieve the minimum performance standards of
services, you shall follow up on the shortfall of the performance with the cleaning contractor immediately.
To use electronic cleaning audit system, device and forms that are implemented and adopted by the
Maintenance Term Contract of the cleaning services.
Shall sign off the cleaning audit forms electronically after an audit is being carried out at the School.
