Job Description Summary

Record and maintain up-to-date, accurate, complete and consistent lease data base in order to ground and secure cost effective and proactive operational and financial portfolio management for the occupier clients of Cushman & Wakefield GOS.

Job Description Other professional qualifications required for filling the position:

• BSC/MSC degree is required

• 1 year data processing or real estate operation experience in international environment is required

• Data abstraction experience is required

Foreign language skills required for filling the position:

• English language upper intermediate

• Knowledge of any other European language is an advantage

Responsibilities of the jobholder:

• Comply with all Client and Cushman & Wakefield internal processes and data quality controls

• Delivering the contracted service level

Regular tasks:

Daily and other BAU tasks to deliver:

• Compare abstraction form with the abstracted data or the lease data recorded in the system as per process documentation

• Production of database reports

• Efficient management of own workload and ability to support other team members in their workload

• Managing and being part of the back-up system within the team

• Supporting the maintenance of BAU process documents relating their job
