Job Description Summary

Responsible for leading end-to-end operations of office towers — including engineering, tenant relations, lease administration, financial performance, facilities oversight, and compliance—to ensure operational excellence, strong client satisfaction, and alignment with ownership objectives.

Job Description About the Role:

  • Oversee daily property operations for office buildings, including engineering, tenant relations, budgeting, reporting, lease administration, vendor/service contract management and others.

  • Monitor financial performance (billing, collections, cash flow, cost recovery, and variance analysis) ensuring smooth and accurate property accounting.

  • Lead on-site teams, managing staffing, performance, and capability development to maintain high service standards.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate tenants, owners, and internal stakeholders, resolving issues promptly and ensuring tenant satisfaction.

  • Supervise facilities operations, CAPEX/renovation works, inspections, and compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Property/Facilities Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in property management with strong exposure to office buildings or commercial towers.

  • Proven leadership skills with experience overseeing teams, vendors, and service contractors.

  • Strong understanding of building operations, lease/contract terms, financial reporting, and tenant management.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service mindset.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems; able to manage documentation and reporting with high accuracy.
