Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of interior fit-out projects especially for commercial offices & spaces, and other civil projects.

This role focuses on end-to-end project execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality and safety standards.

Job Description About the Role:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across civil and interior fit-out works, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.

  • Take ownership of project cost management, including reviewing estimates, managing budgets, tracking variations, and ensuring commercial control throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Manage contractor procurement processes, including tender review, cost comparison, and commercial evaluation.

  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and site execution, ensuring coordination across all stakeholders and timely issue resolution.

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety compliance, and overall project performance.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior or related discipline with minimum 4-5 years of experience in project management, quantity surveying, or hybrid roles within civil or fit-out projects.

  • Strong experience managing site execution, contractors, and project timelines, including cost management, tendering, and contract administration.

  • Experience delivering projects end-to-end with both technical and commercial oversight. Background from contractor environment (interior or civil) is highly preferred.

  • Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Demonstrates strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English, effectively engaging with local and regional stakeholders.
