Job Description Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of interior fit-out projects especially for commercial offices & spaces, and other civil projects.
This role focuses on end-to-end project execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality and safety standards.
Job Description About the Role:

Lead end-to-end project delivery across civil and interior fit-out works, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.

Take ownership of project cost management, including reviewing estimates, managing budgets, tracking variations, and ensuring commercial control throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage contractor procurement processes, including tender review, cost comparison, and commercial evaluation.

Oversee project planning, scheduling, and site execution, ensuring coordination across all stakeholders and timely issue resolution.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety compliance, and overall project performance.
About You:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior or related discipline with minimum 4-5 years of experience in project management, quantity surveying, or hybrid roles within civil or fit-out projects.

Strong experience managing site execution, contractors, and project timelines, including cost management, tendering, and contract administration.

Experience delivering projects end-to-end with both technical and commercial oversight. Background from contractor environment (interior or civil) is highly preferred.

Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Demonstrates strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English, effectively engaging with local and regional stakeholders.
