Job Description Summary

Join Cushman & Wakefield and play a key role in delivering high-impact financial leadership within a large, complex portfolio.

We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to partner with senior stakeholders, lead financial performance, and drive insights across a major account. This is a fixed-term opportunity with strong potential for permanency.

As a trusted finance partner, you will lead reporting, planning, and performance management while supporting strategic decision-making across the business.

Job Description Fixed-Term Contract (with potential to convert to permanent)Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Performance

  • Lead the delivery of timely and accurate monthly reporting

  • Own P&L management including accruals, prepayments, and variance analysis

  • Monitor financial and operational KPIs to ensure performance targets are met

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Manage annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles

  • Build and maintain financial models (e.g. Anaplan)

  • Provide insights on risks, opportunities, and performance trends

Risk & Controls

  • Ensure strong compliance with internal controls and audit requirements

  • Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and financial integrity

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with senior leaders across finance and operations

  • Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights

  • Influence decision-making through strong commercial acumen

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and implement process and system improvements

  • Support ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives

About You

  • CA/CPA qualified

  • Proven experience in a senior finance role within a complex environment

  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders

  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills (Anaplan experience highly regarded)

  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
