This role combines facilities coordination, workplace services, and hospitality support, ensuring the office remains fully operational, welcoming, and ready to support employees every day.

Job Description:

About the Role:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees and visitors, supporting daily workplace needs including reception, meeting coordination, and office readiness.

  • Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations including maintenance, soft services, vendor management, and workplace support activities.

  • Manage service requests, work orders, and internal ticketing systems to ensure timely resolution of issues and smooth office operations.

  • Oversee office supplies, pantry, workspace setup, and general office presentation to maintain high workplace standards.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (HR, IT, Safety, Workplace Programs) and building management to ensure alignment and operational excellence.

About You:

  • University degree in any field with minimum 2-3 years of experience in facilities, workplace operations, hospitality, or customer service roles.

  • Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English, with a service-oriented and approachable mindset.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable handling both operational and employee-facing responsibilities.

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and workplace systems; experience with vendors or facilities coordination is a plus.
