Manager_ Valuation and Advisory Services

  • Prepare valuation of complex commercial real estate assets.

  • Analyze rent rolls and lease terms for commercial properties.

  • Independently conduct financial modeling (DCF, IRR, NPV).

  • Perform site visits and research comparable properties.

  • Manage client interactions and ensure expectations are met.

  • Draft valuation reports and presentations with clear assumptions and methodologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:

4–6 years post-education in valuation, financial modeling, and market research.

  • Education:

CA / CFA / MBA (Finance).

  • Strong financial understanding and analytical skills.

  • Advanced Excel knowledge and financial modeling expertise.

  • Excellent report writing and PowerPoint presentation skills.

  • Good communication, presentable personality, and team player.

Preferred

  • Exposure to Argus, Power BI/Tableau, and GIS tools.

  • Certifications like RICS or CSA/RV.
