Job Title:

Apprentice – Project Development Service (PDS)

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice to support our Project Development Service team. The role offers hands-on exposure to design coordination, site execution, project documentation, and quality & safety compliance across civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior engineers in reviewing design basis reports, drawings, and supporting project development and implementation.

  • Conduct site inspections to monitor daily progress and ensure adherence to safety regulations.

  • Prepare daily progress reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate project updates effectively.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders.

  • Support project management activities such as scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination.

  • Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and new machinery relevant to project execution.

  • Assist in testing and commissioning of civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering systems.

  • Participate in structured training and development initiatives to enhance technical and professional skills.

  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment in compliance with company safety policies and procedures.

  • Support quality control processes to ensure projects meet safety, environmental, and performance standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (preferred)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech Civil)

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Good analytical and mathematical aptitude

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Self-driven, hardworking, and eager to learn
