Job Description Summary
The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end procurement and commercial activities across interior fitout projects .The role focuses on delivering value through strategic sourcing, supplier governance, commercial negotiations, and compliance with Cushman & Wakefield procurement policies while partnering closely with internal stakeholders and clients.
Job Description About the Role:

Strategic Procurement & Sourcing
-
Develop and execute category strategies for key spend areas including project contractors, consultants, OEMs, and professional services

Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including RFP/RFQ/RFI development, bid evaluations, negotiations, and award recommendations

Drive cost optimization, value engineering, and total cost of ownership (TCO) initiatives across projects and portfolios

Support open-book and negotiated procurement models aligned with client and project requirements

Commercial & Contract Management

Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial terms, contracts, MSAs, WO agreements, and SLAs
-
Manage rate cards, pricing frameworks, scope changes, and contract amendments
-
Ensure commercial risk mitigation, contractual compliance, and alignment with C&W governance standards

Support dispute resolution, claims management, and contract closure activities

Supplier Management & Governance
-
Lead supplier onboarding, performance management, and governance frameworks

Conduct supplier evaluations, audits, and KPI reviews to ensure service quality and risk compliance

Build strong strategic partnerships with key suppliers while maintaining competitive tension

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

Act as a trusted procurement advisor to internal stakeholders, project managers, account leads, and clients

Translate business and client requirements into effective procurement and commercial strategies

Present sourcing strategies, commercial recommendations, and savings outcomes to senior leadership and clients

Support client-facing discussions related to procurement strategy, vendor selection, and commercials

Governance, Compliance & Reporting

Ensure adherence to Cushman & Wakefield procurement policies, delegation of authority, and audit requirements

Maintain procurement documentation, approval trails, and contract repositories
-
Track and report savings, value delivery, procurement KPIs, and risk metrics
About You:
- B.E Civil with 8 to 10 years of experience in interior fitout projects with min handling capacity of 10cr project at a time
- Experience in handling eprocurement through platform like Workday , SAP , Procuretiger or Jaggaer.
- Strong experience in Advance excel & Power BI
- Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works
- Excellent organizational and motivational skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, and commercial negotiations
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments
