We are seeking a Senior Investment Surveyor to join our Living team in Dublin, with a focus on Capital Markets. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious property professional to work across a broad range of investment and development transactions, together with asset management mandates throughout Ireland. • Create financial models, including cashflow forecasts, IRR calculations, NPV analyses, and residual development appraisals.
  • Prepare comprehensive strategic asset reports and deliver tailored asset management strategies.
  • Respond swiftly and effectively to evolving client needs, adapting approaches in a fast‑moving market.
  • Continuously track and analyse activity among key active market participants.

Knowledge:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong professional credibility with the ability to deliver trusted, high‑quality advice.
  • Commercial awareness and a solution‑focused approach to client needs.
  • Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving capability.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively, prioritising tasks and adapting to change.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to support, coach, and enable others.
  • Resilient and accountable approach when managing challenges and change.
  • Innovative and forward‑thinking, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Inclusive behaviours, valuing diverse perspectives and providing constructive feedback.

Experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Capital Markets, Investment Agency, Operational Real Estate, Real Estate Finance and Real Estate Development.
  • Experience supporting or managing investment transactions.
  • Strong financial modelling skills and ability to interpret market data.
  • Strong communication skills with experience preparing client-facing materials.
  • Knowledge of Dublin Living Capital dynamics and investor activity is beneficial.
  • Experience with Argus Enterprise, Argus Developer and ESG considerations is an advantage.

Qualifications

  • SCSI/RICS qualified or progressing toward chartership.
  • Relevant property, real estate, finance or business degree.
  • PSRA licence (Category B) advantageous—support available if required.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with market data platforms beneficial.

Please note: this is a direct search led by Cushman & Wakefield. We only work with recruitment agencies on our preferred supplier list, and only where a signed and in date agreement is in place and the agency has been directly instructed on the role by a member of our Talent Acquisition team.

We do not accept speculative or unsolicited CVs submitted to any of our employees or outside of our agreed process. No agency fees will be payable in these circumstances.
