Project Coordinator

Job Description Summary

This Role is part of PDS-Investors Team, and selected candidates will be working on project management consultancy or construction management projects managed by Cushman & Wakefield.

Job Description About the Role:

To manage project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and client/contractor billing, ensuring timely execution, cost control, and accurate financial tracking of the project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 / MS Project
  • Define WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and project milestones
  • Track project progress against baseline schedule
  • Identify delays, critical path activities, and recommend corrective actions
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports (MIS)
  • Coordinate with site teams to update actual progress
  • Prepare and verify client RA bills and contractor bills
  • Check measurements and ensure accuracy of quantities executed at site
  • Maintain billing records and track payment status
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for bill certification
  • Monitor project cash flow and cost vs budget
  • Assist in variation orders, claims, and final bill settlement
  • Work closely with site engineers, procurement, and finance teams
  • Maintain proper documentation of work progress, bills, and approvals
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with contract terms

About You:

  • Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling techniques
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project and MS Excel
  • Understanding of billing processes, BOQs, and rate analysis
  • Knowledge of contract management and cost control
  • Good analytical and reporting skills
  • Strong coordination and communication abilities
