Job Description Summary
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive Summer Intern to join the Mele Storage Group. This role provides direct exposure to live deals, underwriting, and marketing execution within a self-storage investment sales team. This is an in-person role, 5 days per week.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist brokers and team members in executing live transactions across underwriting, marketing, and due diligence.
- Conduct market research, comp analysis, and data collection to support deal strategy.
- Support underwriting by building and reviewing basic financial analyses and validating key assumptions.
- Assist in preparing client reports and marketing materials with a high standard of accuracy.
- Support deal tracking and coordination, including managing timelines and organizing materials.
- Maintain databases with accurate and up-to-date property and pipeline information.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and work with data efficiently.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with mapping or design tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The compensation for the position is: $17.00 - $20.00
