About the role
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented interns to join our Industrial Leasing Advisory function. This internship offers valuable industry exposure and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Leasing Advisory

Conduct market research and manage data collection through online sources, phone interviews, site inspections, and proprietary databases.

Participate in site visits and update project information.

Review property listings, trade journals, and industry reports to track market activity and trends.

Assist in preparing marketing materials, proposals, and client presentations.

Support property tours, client meetings, and leasing-related activities.

Maintain and update property databases and client records.

Undertake administrative tasks and other ad-hoc projects.
About You:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Able to provide a university confirmation letter for an internship

Good language proficiency in English (Spoken & Written) to communicate with corporate clients

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
