Commercial Pricing – Assistant Director / Senior Manager

Data Centre Group | Regional Bid Management | APAC

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia / Singapore

About the Role:

This role is a senior commercial position within the APAC Regional Bid Management function, providing pricing leadership across multi-country, complex Data Centre and IFM pursuits. The position sits at the intersection of pricing, bid governance, and regional deal assurance, supporting hyperscale and colocation clients across diverse APAC markets.

Working closely with Head of Sales & Bid Management, Service line leads, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain, the role holder is accountable for pricing strategy, cost build integrity, regional consistency, and commercial risk management from early-stage pursuit through contract award and mobilisation.

Key Responsibilities

Pricing Leadership & Commercial Structuring:

• Lead end-to-end pricing strategy for regional and country-specific Data Centre Projects and IFM bids across APAC.

• Develop first-principles cost models incorporating labour, productivity, FX, inflation, and risk allowances.

• Own pricing assumptions, exclusions, clarifications, and sensitivities.

• Own & lead the commercial process for all managed services and technical services bids.

Regional Bid Management

• Act as the senior Bid Manager and commercial pricing authority within APAC bid teams.

• Support Go/No-Go decisions and deal strategy.

• Coordinate multi-country pricing inputs and ensure governance compliance.

Bid Development & Post-Award Support

• Lead pricing on client templates and BAFO submissions.

• Prepare post-award budgets and support mobilisation handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Quantity Surveying, or related field.

• 8–15 years’ experience in pricing, estimating, or commercial roles with APAC regional exposure.
