Job Description Summary Job Description

Hiring for an experienced and resourceful Real Estate Corporate Finance Professional, to identify, create and manage opportunities with clients across North region. An ideal candidate with a solid track record in Land & Corporate Finance for Industrial Real Estate with an acumen to solution and service clients creating long-term valuable associations for the firm.

The role requires understanding of the industry & market trends, building key client relationships, increased market outreach and visibility.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Generate revenues for the responsible territory.

  • Business development for investments department in the region.

  • Lead assignment/s in the geography. Strategize and conceptualize transactions for successful execution assignments.

  • Strategize and conceptualize Investments services provided to clients. Create cross selling opportunities to generate maximum revenue in geography.

  • Build leads through networking with clients and potential investors. Initiating cross office/group interaction keep the business in mind

  • Evaluate, review business plan of the geography from time to time and provide direction to the team

  • Initiate and implement new developments/methodologies/techniques pertaining to business. Develop knowledge data for investments team

  • Lead, motivate & develop team to meet client expectations.

  • Adheres to all state real estate agency requirements. Ensures compliance with corporate policies as they relate to identifying and mitigating potential conflicts of interest.

Competencies Supervisory:

  • Provides formal assistance/ guidance, to the team. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

Communication:

  • Strong client management skills.

  • Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients and/or public groups.

  • Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees and client groups to take desired action.

F inancial Knowledge:

  • Requires expert knowledge of financial real estate terms and understanding of approaches to value of real estate assets.

Reasoning Ability:

  • Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.

  • Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for clients

Other:

·Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·Strong negotiating and influencing skills.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Master’s Degree/ CA/ MBA in finance with 12+ years of industry experience preferably in Real Estate Consulting/banking/financial industry.

  • Tenacity and drive to seek new business, build client relationships with Executive Leadership and meet business revenues targeted.

  • Team player with experience in working in managing/working in teams.
