• 건축/설계 분야 업무 경험자

• MS Office활용능력이 우수한 자

• 복합건물(업무,상업) 자산관리(PM/FM) 경험자

• 시설 개선공사, 신축공사 관리 경험자

• 건축공학, 부동산학 전공자 우대
