Job Description Summary

The Concierge Administrator is responsible for the daily coordination of office operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors.
Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the facilities and ensure they are implemented and carried out in a manner consistent with both client and C&W policies

  • Assist to supervise all maintenance programs and external providers/vendors relating to the facility.

  • Respond positively and promptly requests from tenants and occupants.

  • Assist AFM with inputs to budgets, financial reports, contracts, expenditures and purchase orders related to the facilities.

  • Assist in identifying facility improvement, and cost-reduction initiatives.

About You

  • Experience in Integrated Facilities

  • Experience in operation and corporate office management

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
