EHS Manager (Data Centre Operations)

Job Description Summary

We are seeking an EHS Manager to oversee and ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards within data centre operations. This role is responsible for promoting a safe working environment and minimizing risks to personnel and infrastructure.

Job Description Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry safety standards
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and site inspections
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
• Provide EHS training and awareness programs for staff and contractors
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors when required
• Maintain EHS documentation, reports, and compliance records

Requirements:

• Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant EHS experience, preferably in data centres or critical facilities
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
• Familiarity with safety regulations and codes
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
