Job Title Receptionist Job Description Summary Job Description About the Role:Creates a smooth, positive experience for employees and guests through warm, clear, and effective communication.

Consistently delivers professional, friendly, and welcoming interactions at all touchpoints.

Answers and screens internal calls, addressing inquiries when possible, redirecting appropriately, and capturing accurate messages when needed.

Greets, assists, and directs visitors and vendors with a courteous and respectful demeanor while managing visitor badges and maintaining records.

Maintains an active and visible presence in the reception area, remaining accessible to customers via phone or walkie‑talkie at all times.

About You:Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate services, hospitality, retail, customer service, or a related field—or a relevant college degree.At least 2 years of direct, face‑to‑face customer interaction preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including a pleasant and professional phone presence.

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
