Job Description Summary
We are seeking an ADA/Leave Specialist who brings care, clarity, and precision to support our employees and managers through the interactive ADA accommodation process and leave administration lifecycle.
This role leverages deep knowledge of the ADA, FMLA, and state and local leave requirements to ensure consistent and compliant application of company policies.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the ADA interactive process from intake to resolution, including documentation, medical reviews, and determination of reasonable accommodations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on FMLA, ADA, company provided leaves, workers compensation, and all state/local leave laws.
- Consult with HR partners, managers, employees, and internal COE’s to provide guidance on leave eligibility, expectations, and return-to-work processes. Provide recommendations, resolution, and influence management on recommendations based on company policies and laws.
- Ensure all cases are handled in compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate case documentation and tracking systems.
- Identify trends, recommend process improvements, and support compliance audits.
- May assist in the creation and refinement of company-wide HR policies; collaborate and consult on non-HR policies.
- Develop of training, tools, templates, processes, and reference materials, or other projects in support of the ER COE function.
- May participate in project work that supports the ER COE, the HR team, or other functions.
- Occasional travel to other C&W locations to participate in investigations and meetings.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in leave administration, ADA accommodations, disability management, or related HR/Employee Relations work
- Strong understanding of ADA, FMLA, and relevant state/local leave regulations
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience, preferably in HR or related area
- PHR or SPHR designation preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid business intelligence. Ability to influence leaders and colleagues; skilled counselor, consultant, and facilitator
- Superior diagnostic and analytical skills
- Strong organization skills and project management skills

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 68,000.00 - $80,000.00
