Maintenance Engineer (Data Centre)

Job Description Summary

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to support the day-to-day operations and upkeep of data centre facilities. This role focuses on ensuring all critical systems are well-maintained and operating reliably to support continuous service.

Job Description Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Monitor facility systems and respond to alarms or faults
  • Troubleshoot and carry out basic repairs to minimize downtime
  • Support planned maintenance and emergency works
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for servicing and repairs
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and procedures

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
  • 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in data centres or critical environments
  • Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, or building systems
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
