Assistant Project Manager:

Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for generating the schedule for the project and tracking of the same basis site inputs and coordination with the team for sharing and highlighting the Look Ahead and anticipated delays, Risk and its mitigations plan. Also, candidate has to support the Procurement tracking and Billing / Cost tracking for all the appointed vendors.

Job Description About the Role:

  • Prepare and maintain detailed project plans and schedules using project management software
  • Microsoft Project
  • Generate Reports considering the tracking of the schedule and site inputs.
  • Coordinate tendering Process for appointment of various vendors and Support the project team with documentation for the tendering process
    General Responsibilities
  • Define the work breakdown structure (WBS), milestones, and dependencies for each project phase.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Assist in preparing project budgets and cost estimates and track expenditures against the budget.
  • Optimize resource utilization to minimize costs and prevent overallocation.

About You:

  • 15+ years’ experience in Project Planning and Execution
  • Experience in project planning and coordination for Data Center Projects
  • Proven track record in site execution, project scheduling and coordinating with all the stake holders.
  • Generating Weekly and Monthly Reports highlighting all project related details
  • Can learn the required Procurement process
