Job Description Summary

The Senior Facility Manager will provide strategic oversight of all building and township facilities, ensuring reliable operations, proactive maintenance, and seamless service delivery across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, civil works, and related systems. They will lead contractor governance, regulatory compliance, workplace experience initiatives, and vendor management while driving continuous improvement to maintain a safe, efficient, and high‑performing environment.

About the Role

  • Provides strategic oversight and leadership across all building and township facilities—including HVAC, lifts, electrical, plumbing, fire services, water and sewage systems, lighting, and civil works—ensuring reliability, operational continuity, and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Leads high‑level coordination with contractors and suppliers, overseeing complex maintenance programs, major repair work, contract governance, SLA performance, and escalation management for critical issues.
  • Ensures superior workplace experience through effective resolution of employee and occupant requests, while driving initiatives that enhance safety, cleanliness, hygiene standards, and overall facility performance.
  • Directs vendor and contract lifecycle management, including procurement strategies, commercial evaluation, negotiations, renewals, performance scorecards, and oversight of inventory and asset management controls.
  • Represents the organization in engagements with statutory authorities, ensuring end‑to‑end compliance with regulatory requirements (ESIC/PF/labor laws), property‑tax obligations, and audit readiness across all locations.

About You

  • Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics & Communication, or Mechanical Engineering; OR a Bachelor’s Degree with extensive experience. Advanced certifications or training in FM, EHS, or operations leadership are preferred.
  • 12–15+ years of progressive experience in facility management, with demonstrated success overseeing large, multi‑site or complex facilities and leading cross‑functional FM teams.
  • Deep expertise in FM operations—including engineering, life safety, custodial, general maintenance, and workplace services—aligned with Cushman & Wakefield standards and client service excellence expectations.
  • Strong capabilities in contractor and vendor governance, commercial management, SLA/ KPI tracking, compliance oversight, and managing high‑value service contracts.
  • Proficient in budgeting, financial planning, compliance documentation, regulatory reporting, and implementing operational improvements that enhance safety, efficiency, and asset performance.
