Cushman & Wakefield are looking for a Welcome Host to play a key role in delivering a premium, hospitality‑led experience for occupiers and guests at Ten Gresham Street. As the first point of contact within the building, you will create a polished, friendly and people‑first environment that reflects the values and tone of the Ten Gresham brand. Working closely with the Community Experience Ambassador and the wider Building Management team, you will help activate shared spaces, support community initiatives and ensure every interaction contributes to a welcoming and engaging workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
-
Provide an approachable, visible presence in the building, ensuring all occupiers and guests receive a warm, professional welcome.

Deliver hospitality‑led service aligned with Ten Gresham principles, anticipating needs and providing personalised support.

Act as a key point of contact for occupiers, resolving enquiries promptly and escalating issues where appropriate.

Support the implementation of the customer experience and engagement strategy.

Gather and share feedback to support continuous improvement across the customer journey.
Operational Excellence
-
Champion high service standards and support colleagues to deliver a consistent front‑of‑house experience.

Coordinate daily front‑of‑house operations, including handovers, information sharing and reporting.

Maintain checklists, logs and operational documentation to ensure smooth building operations.
-
Escalate issues to relevant teams and keep occupiers informed throughout.

Build strong working knowledge of occupiers, amenities and local services.
Engagement & Community Activation

Support the delivery of events, initiatives and activations that build community and enhance the occupier experience.

Promote upcoming events and activities through daily interactions, encouraging participation and engagement.
General Responsibilities

Experience
Essential
-
Experience in premium front‑of‑house, hospitality or customer experience environments.

Previous supervisory or lead responsibilities within a service‑based role.

Strong customer service and guest interaction skills.

Experience supporting events or community engagement activities.

Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
Desirable
-
Experience in a commercial office or workplace environment.

Familiarity with engagement or community platforms.
