Job Summary: As a key technical expert in our SAP ecosystem, the Sr. SAP Developer will support our existing SAP Commissions environment (built on SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management / former Callidus). Additionally, this role will lead complex enhancements and optimizations in SAP Commissions, driving Advanced Workflow customization, extending Embedded Analytics for advanced commission insights, and architect scalable integrations with SAP Datasphere to enable real-time, governed analytics across our S/4HANA and incentive landscape. Role Purpose: Design and implement sophisticated Advanced Workflow solutions (multi-stage approvals, custom scripting, JWT/REST integrations, automation of complex incentive processes). Lead Embedded Analytics development (custom EXT schema models, CSN deployments, advanced SAC stories/dashboards with security, real-time vs. approved data views). Architect and optimize SAP Datasphere solutions (semantic layer, replication/transformation flows, data federation/virtualization, performance tuning, integration with S/4HANA, SAP Commissions, and external sources). Provide technical leadership: code/design reviews, effort estimation, mentoring juniors, and enforcing Clean Core/cloud-native standards. Drive full lifecycle activities (requirements gathering, blueprinting, development, testing, performance tuning, go-live, and hypercare) for commissions enhancements. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders (sales, finance, comp ops) and SAP product teams to align solutions with incentive strategy. Identify optimization opportunities, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to strategic roadmaps (e.g., migrations, BTP extensions). Knowledge & Experience: 6+ years SAP development, with 4+ years deep in SAP Commissions (implementations, support, or enhancements). Expert-level knowledge of Advanced Workflow (complex design, scripting, API integrations, troubleshooting). Strong experience with Embedded Analytics in SAP Commissions/SAC (custom modelling, security, advanced visualizations). Proven expertise in SAP Datasphere (or BW/4HANA/Data Warehouse Cloud) – 2–3+ full cycles of modelling, integration, and optimization. Proficiency in SAP HANA, SQLScript, Groovy/Java, REST APIs, SAP BTP, and cloud extensibility. Track record of end-to-end incentive compensation projects in SAP environments. Preferred: SAP certifications in Commissions, Datasphere, Analytics Cloud, or related. Preferred: Experience integrating SAP Commissions with S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, or other SAP modules. Preferred: Knowledge of sales incentive business processes, agile delivery, and cloud migration patterns. General Requirements Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
