Job Description Summary

We are inviting applications for our Apprenticeship Program within the Project Development Services (PDS) team. This program offers fresh graduates an opportunity to gain hands-on industry exposure, work closely with experienced professionals, and develop practical skills in project development and execution within the commercial real estate sector.
Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior engineers in reviewing design basis reports, drawings, and project development activities.

  • Support the team in design coordination and implementation of projects.

  • Conduct site inspections to monitor daily project progress and ensure adherence to safety standards.

  • Prepare progress reports, documentation, and presentations to track and communicate project updates.

  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other cross-functional stakeholders involved in the project lifecycle.

  • Support project management activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices relevant to project execution.

  • Assist in testing and commissioning of civil, electrical, and mechanical systems.

  • Participate in training and development programs designed to enhance technical and professional skills.

  • Maintain a safe and compliant work environment in line with company safety policies.

  • Support quality control processes to ensure projects meet safety, environmental, and performance standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech) in Civil, Mechanical, or related disciplines.

  • Architecture graduates are also encouraged to apply.
