About the Role:

As a Regional Alliances Manager (RAM) in Mexico, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities with and through a named partner list in the Mexican territory. Success in this position will require working with internal teams and leading our strategic Partners (like T-Systems, Scitum, Total Cyber Sec, and Dell, AWS, among others), to deliver growth with Crowd Strike.

A successful candidate will possess excellent energy, to be capable of building a strong, productive relationship with your partners, focusing on growing our business opportunities, and achievement of a marked increase in the number of parner-originated opportunities/deal registrations. This role is available to candidates located in Mexico City.

What You'll Do:

As a Regional Alliances Manager in Mexico, you will be accountable for:

  • Collaborate with partners within the country regarding successful engagement, launches, andenablement up to and including the delivery of sales, product, and support training as required.

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Director of Mexico to align the plan and execution of Alliances with the go-to-market strategy to drive accelerated growth. Excellent communication is expected

  • Coordinate with Alliances Solutions Architects on technical enablement for partners. Develop a technical enablement strategy that supports the channel sales growth strategy for the territory.

  • Support/facilitate engagement between Crowd Strike and Partners’ sales and technical teams.

  • Strategize/coordinate with field marketing on the design and execution of maketing programs/events/campaigns to create interest and awareness among partners’ customers.

  • Develop a business plan outlining how target revenues and objectives for the year will be achieved, including quarterly business reviews.

  • Proactively maintain ongoing knowledge of industry, territory, existing and target channel partner accounts, & competitive landscape.

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Crowd Strike products, sales strategies/objectives, value proposition, and competition.

  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

  • University/College degree or equivalent experience.

  • 7+ years of channel sales experience in a software/SaaS business-to-business environment with a proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement.

  • Strategic thinker and hunter mentality who takes initiative and is capable of hands-on problem solving as well as the ability to generate ideas and solutions.

  • Partner development experience as well as experience with decision makers within current relationships within the Channel.

  • Ability to communicate with partners at all levels - from sales rep to C-level and business owner.

  • Motivated and focused self-starter with strong leadership skills who can multi-task and work independently or within a team.

  • Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Fluent in Spanish and English

  • Candidate must be based in Mexico City.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience in the information security space and strong technical knowledge with a broad range of security and networking technologies.
