Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Account Manager to focus on the LATAM region. This is a full sales cycle role primarily responsible for driving expansion within our existing customer base in the Small to Medium Business (SMB) and Mid-market segments through upselling and cross-selling. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our Corporate Sales Engineers to effectively communicate the value of the Falcon platform and deliver security solutions tailored to meet customer needs.What You Will Do:Drive business growth through collaboration and strategic planning with channel partners.Work alongside Inside Sales Engineers (ISEs) to successfully close deals.Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates to the management team.Become a subject matter expert on Crowd Strike's products and the broader cybersecurity industry.Stay current on the competitive landscape and effectively position the value of Crowd Strike's next-generation endpoint solutions against competitors.Travel up to 20% to accounts requiring higher-touch engagement to ensure closure.What You Will Need:Fluency in both written and verbal Portuguese is mandatory.2+ years of successful full sales cycle experience, consistently generating net new business for a SaaS, Cloud, and/or Security offering, consistently exceeding individual quotas.Proven track record with a consultative sales approach, capable of selling complex, multi-product architecture to mid/enterprise organizations.The courage and ability to successfully sell to both C-level Executives and Evaluator-level Engineers.Strong ability to execute a go-to-market strategy, including prospecting into target accounts using a variety of methods: lead generation tools, SFDC, research, and cold calling.Prior experience strategizing with Channel Partners, including Resellers and Managed Service Providers.Excellent presentation skills, effective both in-person and via virtual channels.Technical aptitude—the ability to rapidly learn and implement new business and technical concepts.Highly competitive yet a collaborative team player.A self-starter with a tenacious drive to surpass established targets and quotas.Persistent: Demonstrates belief in overcoming objections and does not accept "no" easily.Coachable: Actively seeks assistance and knows when and how to leverage team resources.Charismatic, sharp, and quick-witted, with the flexibility to handle unexpected challenges.Creative: Possesses the ability to think outside the box when appropriate.Highly motivated to learn, succeed, win, and grow.Self-Disciplined: Proven excellent time management, organization, and process discipline.Confidence without Ego.Self-Aware: Clear understanding of personal strengths and weaknesses and areas for development. of Working at Crowd Strike: Market leader in compensation and equity awards Comprehensive physical and mental wellness programs Competitive vacation and holidays for recharge Paid parental and adoption leaves Professional development opportunities for all employees regardless of level or role Employee Networks, geographic neighborhood groups, and volunteer opportunities to build connections Vibrant office culture with world class amenities Great Place to Work Certified™ across the globe Crowd Strike is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
