About the Role

Crowd Strike is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven Director of Professional Services for Latin America, dedicated to making a difference in global security by protecting organizations against the most advanced attackers in the world. Our Crowd Strike Services team offers opportunities to lead and scale regional operations while delivering critical security services to organizations across Latin America. This strategic leadership role will be instrumental in expanding our Latin American presence and delivering world-class professional services to our growing customer base. This position is based remotely in Mexico or Brazil.

  • Can you build and maintain strong relationships with Law Firms or Insurance partners?
  • Can you adapt global go-to-market strategies to the Latin American region?
  • Do you have experience leading complex technical teams across multiple countries?
  • Can you build and execute compelling business cases for regional investment?
  • Do you excel at creating high-performing teams focused on continuous improvement?
  • Are you experienced in overseeing teams that perform incident response, cybersecurity consulting, or technical product/platform implementations?

What You'll Do

  • Lead and scale Professional Services operations across LATAM
  • Execute strategic revenue growth plans aligned with regional market opportunities
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Law Firms and Insurance providers, regulators, policy institutions and other industry stakeholders/constituents influencing cyber security technologies, requirements and strategies
  • Launch service offerings tailored to LATAM market needs
  • Lead multiple teams of technical professionals across incident response, consulting, and implementation services
  • Own and manage Partner delivery services relationships for incident response, consulting, and implementation services
  • Drive thought leadership initiatives through public speaking and industry engagement
  • Create and maintain a culture of excellence, professional development, and continuous improvement
  • Develop and execute business cases for regional investment and expansion
  • Oversee delivery quality and customer satisfaction across all service offerings

What You'll Need

  • Experience leading revenue growth for professional services organizations in LATAM
  • Proven track record of building and scaling technical teams across multiple countries
  • Strong understanding of LATAM market dynamics and business practices
  • Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining partnerships
  • Experience overseeing incident response, consulting, or technology implementation projects
  • Track record of successful business case development and execution
  • Strong public speaking and thought leadership capabilities
  • Ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and either Spanish or Portuguese
  • Ability to travel locally in region as well as internationally (e.g. to the United States)
