About the Role:

The Revenue Enablement team provides training and enablement to sales roles, technical sales roles, and Crowd Strike Partners. We are seeking a detail-oriented Global Enablement Coordinator to support Crowd Strike's learning and development initiatives. This role is crucial in coordinating and delivering training programs – primary responsibilities include scheduling training, booking venues, hosting webinars, and managing courses and learning plans in the learning management system. This role will support local and global programs; some travel may be required.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and distribute internal communications related to training and enablement programs

  • Coordinate and host virtual webinars and training sessions

  • Provide logistical and technical support for onsite training events

  • Provide end user support for issues with training programs

  • Administer the learning management system, including:

  • Publishing training events

  • Tracking attendance and completion rates

  • Managing participant registrations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program delivery

What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years of experience in coordination or program support roles

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with learning management systems

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a global mindset and cultural awareness

  • Experience with virtual meeting platforms and webinar tools

  • Team player with a collaborative mindset

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working for a technology or software company

  • Highspot and Docebo administrator experience preferred
