About the Role:Crowd Strike India is looking for an experienced accounting professional with hands-on experience in General Ledger- End to end accounting, strong financial knowledge, overseeing complex accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy. This role will take on interesting and challenging responsibilities as our organization continues to grow in both size and complexity.

What You'll Do:

• Preparation of accrual journals, reports and recording financial transactions, reports and ensure accuracy and timely close.

• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and track activities, investigate differences, clear open items as needed.

• Perform analysis to identify any potential adjustment and analysis based on MoM, QoQ & YoY variances.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business transactions are appropriately accounted for and accurately reported.

• Participate in the monthly accounting close process and analyze financial MoM variances based on trend

• Assist in statutory audit work of the company & get involved in finalization of statutory audit financial statements entity wise (USGAAP & Local GAAP).

• Additionally handling Internal and external audit.

• Assist in development and documentation of processes and procedures, monitoring internal controls and identification of opportunities for efficiency and improvements.

• Ensuring global consistency in accounting process and perform accounting processes in compliance with SOX.

• Ad hoc projects, as deemed necessary

What You'll Need:

• Inter CA / MBA / Master’s degree(finance) with 7+ years of Accounting / General Ledger and Reporting experience.

• Shift Timing:

• 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Strong understanding of ERP (Net Suite experience is preferred)

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Macro and Power BI.

• Experience with a “Shared Resource Centre” will be a big plus
