Role Overview

• LOC (Logistics Operation Team) aim to optimize PDD performance and enhance consumer satisfaction.

• Monitor key metrics across first-mile, middle-mile and last-mile to define the area of improvement.

• Cooperate with stakeholders and management to enhance the area of improvement.

What You Will Do

Handover with KR team for current TW logistics reports, last-mile-related mainly and create new reports and dashboards to incluse first-mile and middle-mile to ensure the the whole transportation process are included.

Cooperate with LOC operation specialists, hub managers, and TW logistics management to improve PDD and enhance consumer satisfaction.

Working with cross-functional teams, including aligning with partners on problem statements(for example, hub managers), breaking down problems into manageable analyses, and communicating outcomes.

Conducting hands-on in-depth data analysis, handling data of varying quality, identifying root causes, and proposing practical solutions; ability to quickly synthesize information and extract key insights.

Basic Qualifications

• Over 5 years in analytical roles related to operations, internal audits, process optimization, or policy, including positions such as process analyst, operations analyst, audit analyst, systems analyst, policy analyst, or financial analyst.

Preferred Qualifications

Data-driven mindset and demostrate the passion to use data for operation/business optimization.
