Role Overview

Coupang Taiwan is looking for an Analyst to help with Performance Marketing operations. You will work within the Growth Analytics team to help enable marketing campaigns across various channels, which include Paid, Search, and CRM. You will partner closely with marketing stakeholders to build performance reporting, data feeds, and analyze user behavior to support campaign operations and WOW the customer! Furthermore, you will work closely with a dedicated manager who will provide guidance and support throughout your projects.

What You Will Do* *

• Process audience-building requests by leveraging working knowledge of SQL and Python. Write SQL queries to segment customers for campaigns and marketing data feeds.

• Analyze marketing data to identify key drivers of performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Work closely with stakeholders to deep-dive into data issues and drive actionable insight.

• Maintain a high bar for quality and accuracy. Provide clear documentation of work and code.

• Work on reporting requests and data pulls that support decision-making processes.

• Communicate effectively and proactively with internal stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)

• Foundational knowledge of statistical concepts and testing methodologies

• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to validate data

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English to share analysis results clearly and concisely

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field

• Experience in Retail/E-commerce industries, Performance Marketing, or CRM functions

• Experience in data ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and data engineering principles

• Proficiency with Python or other scripting languages for advanced data manipulation

• Experience working in a global or multinational team environment
