What You Will Do

Develop sales strategies and derive execution plans for Field Sales team

  • Plan and execute various projects across merchants acquisition

Generate insights through market analysis

Conduct performance analysis and consulting based on metrics by merchant, region, and channel

Prepare and manage project performance reports to support leadership decision-making

Facilitate smooth communication with cross-functional teams to ensure project progress

Collect and analyze data to support business decisions

Basic Qualifications

Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English:

10+ years of experience in field sales, project management, sales analysis, or strategic planning

  • 3+ years of people management

Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to work

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Ability to extract and utilize data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Business level proficiency in Korean

Experience working in startups

Enjoys managing multiple responsibilities and taking ownership of tasks

Thrives in fast-paced and dynamic work environments
